I saw in the ask piedmont that they are planning a permanent bid to be effective November. How can they do that if there are 6 recalls September 29th? Wouldn't they need one effective October? Are they going to just put the recalled pilots in the open slots without giving the current guys a chance at them?

Saw on the permanent bid that came out today that 3 FO slots in ROA are being lost, 2 open in CHO, 4 open in MDT and 3 open in LGA.

(or, more importantly, who the last one is so we can figure out how deep this recall went?)
