You can't jumpseat in the cockpit till you complete your LOE checkride to be a qualified line pilot. That is really really important. There was an issue with people jumpseating that were not qualified and a group of unsuspecting mainline pilots got into a lot of trouble..
go to the emp.piedmont site.. follow the link for NRTP or non rev travel.. set up your account.. list yourself... you would have to do the same to jump seat.

KCM cards are done by you once you are in the CASS system. You log into the website and put your information in... Once your ID is verified you get your cards... once you get your cards you log in and register the card numbers to match your ID.
I got my KCM card about a week after training. In the meantime I used my ID number and I would show up in the system if the TSA operator manually punches it in.

This is due to mainline reducing flying out of PHL for Jan and Feb, things should be back to normal come March.
