It's all dependent on staffing. If we can keep up the hiring pace it'll be more than 20 planes. A lot more.

I talked to a recruiter and they said they could only guarantee 20 and nothing beyond that. How many crews are needed per plane?

Our class (11/7) was told by the head of recruiting, the director of training, and one of our instructors the number is 80. Three separate occasions. That seems to be the general consensus in CLT. Whether it can be staffed.... it will take a while to see.

They might give you free redbull if you agree to take larger classes man.... good negotiating tactic. Could help the staffing situation and get you your daily heart palpitations for free dude!

Were getting the jets from envoy. Also there are a bunch of clean ERJ140s sitting in storage for us.

All new hires go to the jet and PHL now. Air frames coming from envoy. The whisper number is 80, agree. Nothing to back that up, just AA saying they will give us as many as we can handle and they want to bring flying back to the WOs.

APC profile currently lists Envoy as having 11 140's and 82 145's. Why is Envoy still hiring like mad for their 145 base in ORD if the plan is to transfer all of them?
