Default EMB or CRJ??

Are they still only hiring into the EMB at Skywest, or is it both the EMB and CRJ now???

EMB's are being hired into class dates, CRJ's into a pool. Under industry current circumstances, I would rather be in class than the pool.

On the site it says 1000 preferred for mins but the application won't let you through without 1000. Does that 800 hours with RJ time deal still apply?

As far as I know, yes...

And historically, hiring is typically done into the Bro, with the transitions filling CRJ classes after seatlock. With growth, however (as we've seen the last few years), all bets are off!

So how can I apply under those terms because the app won't let you unless you have 1000 TT.

My friend with 600TT applied just for the heck of it. He went as far as getting his resume submitted, then it stopped him when it asked about hours. However, they apparently still reviewed his resume, b/c he received an email a couple days later saying he wasn't qualified. So if you can at least get through the resume submittal part, they should review it and see that you have RJ time.
