I'm not guaranteed it. Just notified to interview. I'm pouring through the contract and getting all my ducks in a row. Expat flying can be fun but it can be harsh too. Not to mention what you'll have to return to when you get home.

Didn't you USED to work for XJT?

That COULD be so. Is that why XJT was contacted in the last 30 days about it? Also, is that why FlyBe has sent XJT updates and information on what they want from the pilots that are interested?

Maybe you should take that advice;

Isn't very wise to continually talk down to people you made need to rely on soon.

Really? Barely a year in the industry, can you elaborate on all you experience about how "harsh" it can be?

Besides that being at tpersuit who was doing nothing but talking down to our pilot group at RAH... What's really inaccurate or wrong about it? If you're going to be furloughed you should be out making bridges not burning them. Common sense bro.

Doesn't matter. Wishing a furlough on somebody is NEVER a good thing. Nor appropriate.

It amazes me that you'd even turn a statement I made to someone defending your pilot group.
I was serious, since you've lived in about 7 different locations in the past 3 years, I want to hear about all your expat flying experience. I mean, I've heard from other guys I know that did the expat route, I just wanted to hear your experience.

Average time in my new-hire class (one of the last classes) a year ago was 1200. UAL hired dozens of pilots below those minimums 15 years ago. Nice try.

BTW, it's there not their...College Grad?

Your forgot the interns who have 500TT/100ME! Like I said, they just knew that if you want the best trained, most experienced and professional pilots, there is only one place to go to get them...obviously it wasn't who you are working for. I'm sorry you feel jealous or insecure with yourself that you had to post that.

So $9k per month when it's all said and done. These jobs are out here so long as you have the documents in order and are willing to relocate. If I could get a 7month COLA out of RAH I'd be gone for sure. Debating it very heavily.
Flybe/PAS is working out all the pilot certificate validations and work permits. XJT has offered any pilot a leave of absence to pursue this opportunity.

Nope, in college now Devry just started an aeronautics program.
