Default Skywest in ORD

How long is RESV in ORD? Im at Pinnacle and looking to get out.

I guess the first question I should have asked, is ORD holdable right out of class?

My best friend has been on reserve in ORD for 7 months and he's still 2 months away from getting a decent shot of nabbing a line. Don't let anyone fool you, unless growth actually happens I'd expect reserve to last about 8-10 months in ORD.

But you should be able to get it right out of training. SLC, ORD or MKE

Man every company goes through Sh%& times... Look Express Jet is throwing COLA's out there, which may soon lead to fourloughs if that dumb a$% Express Jet airlines doesnt start picking up, and its not gonna.

Do your job and go home... Lateral moves suck take it from someone who has done 3 times...
Man, you must be really hating life if you are willing to move to another airline.

Everybody in the last couple of RJ classes was assigned MKE. I believe a few have been able to transfer into ORD after a month or so online.

There has been very little movement at ORD. I think I have moved up maybe 10/15 spots and I have been bidding at ORD since Feb when I got out of training. I guess it could be worse, I live in Chicago.

Very little movement people-wise, but the number of lines, from my understanding, have increased quite a bit over the last few months.

You are 100% correct... Things at 9E are "not good". it looks like the regionals are going to be my home for a while and pinnacle is not a place that I would like to call home.

Thanks for keeping me honest, everyone needs that from time to time

well, to add to your comment on ExpressJet, with the COLA's coming, it will be good for those that want one, but the one thing I've learned this past year is the industry slows down, you want to get stuck at a good regional. I have been on reserve for a while now, but with the work rules and days off, things don't really suck. Good luck at getting into a good place. Would advise to stick it out at pinnacle though, because you can't be really sure about anyone right now. Unless of course it really is that bad
