PCL Reserve Time in MEM and ATL Base...

ATL is starting to go senior now... In AUG I think there is a fair amount of FO from DTW moving to ATL. The new pay rates is an 10 an hour raise for 2nd year FO's to go down there. So just an FYI dont bank on coming to pinnacle and getting ATL right away. Just food for thought.

except for the top 2 or 3 the rest of these guys are at the bottom of the seniority list. VERY JUNIOR
the reason there isn't a mass exodus to atl for that pay raise is that no one wants a 2 year seat lock while they sit around waiting on having the time to upgrade.

and i expect us to be getting a lot more flying for atl and dal very soon. the last vacancies towards the end of the year have had a lot of openings. the award i just posted was the initial, i am sure the final will include more than that.

Just to be clear.. many people fear the "seat lock". The company is pretty clear that this is not a seat lock, rather it is an "equipment lock". And you can upgrade to captain whenever your number comes up and you meet the requirements. I know of a guy who did just that: new hire training, 900 training, worked for a month as an FO here in ATL, and is now in upgrade. He came to 9E with a couple thousand hours...
