MESA late paying airport fees, problem seems to be widespread

The sad thing is everyone is so sure MESA is going under based more on a complete loathing for the company rathing than looking at reality. MESA is not going anywhere. Now is the time to buy them out, and yet the airlines that are in a position to do so are too busy hoping and wishing they will go under, and then they can step in and pick up the peices. By the time all the naysayers come to the conclusion that MESA is more resillient than they ever thought, it will be business as usual...Hate on MESA. Then everyone will be whining about Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda, but didnt! buy the bad ol boys out when we had the chance.
And to those telling MESA pilots to jump ship before it's too late. I wonder about your sincerity. It's easy to offer such advice when you are already gainfully employed.

Not so sure other companies want to buy Mesa up with all your drama... lawsuit(s), disgruntled employees and a bad relationship with the media. Not to mention codeshares that were so UNDERBID that they barely turn a profit. I don't know if Skywest really wants to take on the liability of those lawsuits. Plus, aren't you guys selling all your spare parts? I have been waiting to see some spare radomes on ebay.
JO has dug such a hole its unreal. Putting out press releases to announce a new CRJ900 delivery, thats desperation.
People within Mesa don't realize how crappy of a reputation it has until they are on the outside looking in. That's where I enjoy being. Good luck to all the bottom feeders. :O

Your on the outside looking in through rose colered glasses. If you think for one moment that the pilots that are working for MESA are that obtuse and cant see what others see your sadly mistaken. You indicate and I quote " Not sure other companies want to buy MESA up with all your drama... lawsuit(s), disgruntled employees, and bad relationship with media" First you indicate "US " being disgruntled employees, and then YOU go on to paint as us as not being able to realize how crappy a reputation MESA has. I guess we have to quit to have the keen insight and perception you have on this matter....NOT!
This is reality. MESA is a bottom feeder as most of you so aptly put it, but bottom feeders tend to thrive in economies we are now facing. An anaology would be the crocodiles and the dinosaurs. The crocs where the bottom feeders, and the mighty thunder lizards are now extinct! The point is MESA is weak for now, and now is the time for a quality airline to seize the moment and put MESA to rest once and for all. Call MESA what you will, but it is still in business, and has the potential to resurect itself, and continue to do business with the legacy carriers. And if any of you think the leagacy carriers care about MESA being a bottom feeder your wrong. They only care about turning a profit for theire share holders, and could care less about our QOL. They will do business with MESA if the price is right.
A strong airline can see there are more pluses than negatives in aquiring MESA now, as opposed to having a wait and see attitude. If however they have the same myopic view that you have indicated they will have sqaunderd a perfect ooportunity to have vanquished a bottom feeder onc and for all.

MESA will still be in business next month and they will have found a way to negotiate the bond issue. With regard to fiction, I have pretty much painted a picture based on fact and MESA's history. This is not fiction my friend. And IF they MESA does go under from dining on excretment, I will be all to happy to write, at least my hours and pay will be better.

Who is going to buy them? The only two airlines with the cash are SkyWest and RAH. RAH's contract would require the pilots be merged into our single seniority list, so Bedford will wait to buy pieces if anything of Mesa. SkyWest may or may not be interested, but they seem to have their eye on CAL flying right now.
