Also curious about this question for those who know. I was told to stay at the Baymont Inn, however in the email it also lists the Bedford Plaza Hotel as the hotel of choice. Just wanted to get some clarification before I make a booking. Thanks!

Another Huge question I've been trying to download the pilot supplement and the link is corrupt anybody have a copy or a link so I can do it i've called HR and left a message but don't want to bug them. But I want to be super prepaired for the interview so I wanna get it done. Thanks Mike

the baymont inn and the bedford plaza hotel are the same thing. i dunno why the naming is off. when you call just tell them that you are coming for the interview and they ll take care of you from there. i think that eagle interviewee's are the only ones that stay there bc honestly i don't think anyone else would want to.

it's right off the highway. there's a subway and a grocery store in the plaza next door and some other regional resturant across the parking lot. the rooms are decent, however the water tastes really funny. the hotel staff is great though and will do what they can for you.

Book one night, check out the day of your interview and bring your belongings with you to the interview. If you make it through the first day of interview, you will take a shuttle back to the hotel and they will pay for the second night so you can come back in the morning for the medical.

good luck

The Hotel isn't what I'm worried about I'm just going to stay at the baymont however I've called HR to have them send me the pilot supplement form and left them a voice mail yesterday and they haven't called back. The link they gave isn't working so if anyone has a copy please help. Hopefully they will call me back soon I don't want to pester them and ruin my job hopes.

I don't think they're the same hotel. The email I received says Bedford Plaza Hotel 3005 West Airport Freeway, Bedford TX (817) 267-3181. The email my friend received says Baymont Inn-Bedford 1450 Airport Fwy, Bedford - (817) 267-5200. He called and they said I received and older email, that it should be Baymont Inn and should only be booked for one night. http://www.airlineapps.com/documents...-%20030204.pdf for the pdf.
