Here is a thought MGMT PUKES raise the pay and maybe you will get more applicants. It amazes me these idiots running things will do ANYTHING they can to keep pay down, makes me sick. They would rather lower hiring requirements and compromise safety just to save money. This should be all over the news.

People keep applying and getting hired. Look at how many forums there are that say "I have 250/25 what regional should i go to?".
So long as there's demand, there will be supply.

they're lowering mins because the majority of individuals want to upgrade sometime this decade....(which will come to a close shortly) but in the past, it has proven to be a fairly stable and "good" company, just terrible that things stagnated so much over there causing them such a pain when it comes to recruiting pilots.

Eagle can adjust mins to attract more pilots and get quick results without any real financial penalty. If they raise starting pay to $50k then they will be stuck paying that until the contract is up for negotiations next, which will cost a hell of a lot more than putting low time pilots through extra sim and IOE training. It is very sad to say, but until someone puts one in the ground and lack of experience is a direct cause then we wont see changes. Everything in this industry is paid for with blood.
