Well I might resign if nothing changes. But, I will only do it if I have a really good offer to go to since I dont want to waste any more of my time in training.

I don't live at any base, so the commute is dynamically different for each one.

Let's put it this way, I am big time disappointed for the manner that they communicate what you have to do in order to be a "street captain".
what are you talking about? how is crew planning changing your base? if you want to stay in dtw then bid for it. crew planning cant change your base unless you make the change.

street captains have to have 3500 hours and 100 at pncl. i have over 2900tt and 1600 at pncl. i could have upgraded 400hrs ago because i have over 500 here at pncl. the mentor program, like mentioned before is for the guys that came here with 300hrs, and the company doesnt want to wait 2-3 years for them to get 2500hrs to upgrade.

how much total time do you have? if you have the time you can upgrade as soon as you have 100hrs here at pinnacle. as you can tell by the last vacancy there were still captain vacancies going unfilled.

There are two people on this forum that think this place isn't that bad.. We all who they are.

Pinnacle is along the lines of Mesa, Pinnacle might be 10% better. The only thing good about this dump is I only have to deal with them 12 days a month.

People who think this place isn't that bad, have no idea what its like to work for a good employer. This place isn't that bad if you're used to being treated like a piece of feces. Pinnacle management are greedy rats. How can you have a quality life if you're making $2000 a month?

I don't understand why anyone helps this company.

Pinnacle is like a shady 135 company.

yes if you are on reserve then they can send you to any base to fly out of. but they have to dead head you there. you should only have to commute to dtw if that is your base. if you were going to hold a line in dtw this month why did you come to memphis?

LoL I'm not sure. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to figure out where they want me next month.

Just for the record, I shouldn't be learning how the system works over this forum... why doesn't anyone with authority (mgmt) tell us how it works??? Then you dont have to expect and be disappointed.
