Default PNCL-900 in ATL

Anyone know why that PNCL 900 has been parked in atl for like a month now? Broke?

The contract with delta is for 15 "lines of flight" and one spare.

you can actually afford to keep a spare airplane sitting around. i know chq has several spares but they always seem to be flying for someone

I've seen plenty of REP 170s sitting on the old Express pad in PHL and down by the Alaska gates at DCA before...

As I understand the situation we are receiving the -900 at faster rates than the new routes. By the end of 08 we should have all the -900's (up to the options) and will have 1 spare to swap when a/c are down for Mx. I don't fly the -900 so this is just what I understand from that side of the operation.
