We (SKW) operate out of concourse B which is worlds better than C & D. Delta's rampers that work concourse B are all great guys who hustle their asses off. They literally come sprinting out to marshal us in. I have to say that ATL’s B concourse has "THE" best ground team I've every dealt with; LAX, SFO, PHX, SEA, DEN, SLC, ORD (worst I've ever seen)& ATL's C & D Concourses all need to take lessons from these guys.

To ASA's defense, our crew lounge is in D and walking by their ground crew is at best risky. Talk about ATL's underground, I'm always ready to run just in case there's a "Drive By!" LOL! I'm glad SKW parks at B, otherwise our on time performance would be just as low as ASA’s, but thanks to the "GREAT" efforts of the Concourse B ground crews I can honestly say, since I started flying ATL back in May 07, I’ve ran close to 90+% on time and have had only one flight cancel. LOL! And the reason why it canceled was because some idiot baggage cart drive wasn’t watching what he was doing and took 815SK’s winglet off. Yes, took it right off! I’m sure he was headed for Concourse D! LOL!

Thanks B now overhaul C & D.

Best of luck ASA pilot’s, the deck’s stacked against you with those ground crews.
