Eagle Interview Question
#31
BoilerWings...Just wanted to let you know that the typed 10 year chronological list is something you're going to be needing while filling out the paperwork. When I was down there, they didn't even look at it...What they did was made us fill out a separate sheet that they provided us for each job that was held within those years. You need that typed chronological list in order to have the addresses, phone, and fax numbers necessary to fill out each of those sheets. Those sheets then get sent to each former employer in order to confirm your dates of service.

Last week there was a group of interviewees and they had half of the group flying the ATR and the other half in the F-100. Some people have also been in the SAAB for the interview...
The airplane doesn't matter, it is all about your scan. Once you make it to the sim they are just looking to make sure that you can keep an airplane in the air and do some instrument work.
Best of luck to you guys!

Just throwing that info out there for anyone who needs it. Thanks MetJet!

The interview was exactly as gouged on aviationinterviews.com. There were no surprises. All the HR and Tech questions are the same, and the sim profile is spot on. The one from Jan30 was especially helpful! Other than that, get your paperwork in order and take 2 copies. If your paperwork is not up to snuff, you'll be sent home. Attention to detail pays off. Have a good attitude, chat with the other interviewees, and enjoy the experience.

Question....I have a smaller logbook that was used for my PVT training. I transferred the carry over numbers to my new, current logbook. While entering my logbook times into a spreadsheet this weekend, I noticed the totals in the PVT logbook were about 3.5 hours off. Don't ask me how, guess my math skills were not up to par that day. Anyways, correcting the problem would cause me to make corrections in my newer logbook, which I am not crazy about doing.
Should I even bring my PVT logbook with me during an interview? If so, will they notice?

It's acceptable to log on a simple line of your new logbook, (-or+) correction for old logbook discrepancy. Just make sure your Student Time + PIC equals your Total Time. Follow instructions on the online application for Eagle.
Good luck!
