Yeah I don't think she caught the drift

Oh man I buddied up with a F/A during training and we'd watch those "Predator" marathons for hours on end in the middle of the night. Doesn't get any better than Chris Hansen LoL

tthe sim is the least of your worries.... the sim instructor will sit all of you in a room and walk you step by step on what to do. he will give you a hand out illustrating what will be covered on the ride... ie...alt. hdg and spd. he will brief you also on call outs. initiate the power settings, do a hold(just mention the entry and you dont have to do it. that leads into an approach with fd nto a missed and another ils raw data and you are done.... review the gouges mentioned on previos post and you are golden.... good luck

Ha ha, yeah, I was pretty sure I got what you meant but since I wasn't sure I didn't want to respond to it. It would have been embarrassing if you had been sincere and I jumped all over you.

Also, I can tell you from experience that nothing is as big of a turn-on as those Chris Hansen specials. I'm guessing you and the F/A stayed "buddies"? It would creep me out as a girl if a guy was able to get it on after watching that.

Well I was sincere...between the lines! LoL

Really, we were just buddies - like old friends (crazy I know!). And as much as I'm always ready to romp around in the hay - that would have been a real challenge

How important is it to take a recommendation letter and does it need to be from aviation related person or can it be from someone you know outside of profession?

Speaking of Eagle interviews-
I've got one coming up and I can't seem to find a free Jepp legend online or otherwise. I've always been too cheap to spring for their plates but does anybody know how/where to get a hold of these things without spending $$$?

Sometimes 141 schools will have expired ones. I got a few from instructors at American Flyers. If you're near any 141 schools, you might try them. I don't know any websites...but maybe someone wiser than I knows of one...

One suggestion, bring a nice pillow for the right seat...you are going to be there for a while, might as well be comfortable.

I know, Im sorry about saying that. Cold shot.
