Lynx aviation interview ?'s

They hired their last street CA in Dec.
If you're hired on today and if they exercise the other options, inside of a year upgrade is possible. 1 year plus if they don't exercise options.
You'll need 3,000TT before the company will let you upgrade as I understand it.

id have to agree with BEEFF on the upgrade time.. there is a total of about 40 f/o's right now not including the jan 14th class.. and there looking to staff 5 crews per plane.. only 85 pilots on the roster.. so if u do the math.. it looks good.. its a good place.. ya pay isnt the highest.. but let the guys operate for just a bit and make some money and we'll see what happens.. but f/o pay is right on par with everybody else.. not to mention if oil keeps going up. we just get busier..

It all depends on the 10 options, we take em, we have upgrades. We don't or delay them, it slows down.
Tom Nunn (CEO) said yesterday in the paper that they will decide in the Spring whether or not to take the options.

Last I heard from a good source, me thinks you are right. Then again, he also said in the same breath they were done hiring...so who knows.
