What's the thread was susposed to be about again? Just to put my two cents in (it's not even worth that much). It's clear that Skywest doesn't want a union, that's the decision they made. Good luck, ya'll have way more faith in management then I will ever have. One question..... why do SKW pilots always think that they are the top regional (for the most part), and everything is soooo much better at SKW. I feel like ya'll are dating the girl that has the "really good personality", and always goes in the defensive mode when someone calls her a dog.

the easy answer is that the vast majority of us at skywest came from other regionals, and it's easy for us to make comparisons between that from which we came, and that in which we find ourselves now. it's just personal experience that allows us to make that sort of statement.
