Less than 2% of the LAX lines were commutable for December... That means there was one commutable line.

Pay is in the top tier for regionals, but what really matters to me is quality of life. I commute and I am having the best time of my life right now because we don't get screwed by scheduling. Now if I get home based things would be the greatest.

In short nothing beats this gig here.

And if this helps:
I would like to work for the Majors, but I could also end up spending my entire career here and be VERY happy
