MEM pilots - PNCL picket 10/30
To any pilot - PNCL or not - who might be in Memphis on 10/30, please come out to show your support for your fellow pilots who are struggling to achieve a fair contract! We need to send a strong message to airline management nationwide that we will not be left behind while senior executives reap the profits of our hard work. We're counting on you. Thanks!
The MEC and Negotiating Committee are asking for your help to show management that we need a FAIR CONTRACT NOW!!! On Tuesday, October 30th the company will be having a party at the MEM Maintenance hanger to celebrate the arrival of the first CRJ900. Pinnacle pilots will be picketing at the entrance to the hanger to let management and non-flight operations staff know how we feel about still working under a sub-par contract that became amendable two and a half years ago.
We will be meeting at the Radisson Hotel (airport location, phone 901-332-2370) at 2:00 p.m. to stage for the event. Transportation will be provided to the company hangers and we will wrap things up around 5:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided back to the Radisson or the airport so there will be plenty of time to catch outbound flights. Uniform jackets are requested. Hats are at pilot option. Food and beverages will be provided.

A big thank you to the ASA and FEDEX pilots who came out to support us!!! I was flying and unable to attend but I understand that there was a very good turn out considering the short notice.
