Default looking 4 info on new hire training

There was a great post a while back about how to survive/pass initial training. Awesome advice and I'd like to find it again since I start new hire on Monday. No luck with the search function..anyone remember this?

I just got done with 121 training. My words of advice is it is all about your sim partner. An idiot for a sim partner will doom you not to mention the aggravation of teaching him or her basic attitude instrument flying.

Good luck.
