Would that be the upgrade classes that will be delayed in hitting the line due to lack of check airmen, or the upgrade classes that may be canceled in the upcoming months for the same reason?

Neither.... why the attack? Pilots here are upgrading, making more money, and moving on... no need to hate. TSA is not as bad as it used to be. There's still much room for improvement, but it really isn't that bad. In my situation, I would not make a lat move anywhere, not even RAH with their $2,500 bonus. I'm not here to make a career out of TSA, its a stepping stone to something bigger and better. I can potentialy upgrade in a year from DOH and I already enjoy plenty of time off to be home with my family.

It seemed like you were insinuating that the upgrade class would be delayed or canceled. That hasn't happened. They are a bit behind on upgrades, but according to a captain I spoke with a couple of days ago, its getting better.

Upgrade classes ARE being delayed. A good chunk of the September class won't be hitting the line until mid-November. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it gets even worse. All it takes is for another check airman to leave.

Still not sure where the canceled classes came from....
