If profit sharing checks at 3-4% this time, what were they LAST time... I remember them being quite a bit higher than usual on the last round... what % was that....

and no not all schedulers arent stupid, but they DO hate pilots.... this has been my worst month on reserve after 18 months at the company... the worst....

I hate to say it but the current people there dont care how much money you cost Delta 10 years ago. They were at another airline at the time. They did however see what happened at Delta and wont let any 1 regional carrier get to much market share.
You are actually wrong about that. While senior management has come and gone, the middle managers, the backbone of the company were here for the strike, and will still be in place after the merger. Much like the government workers continue in their fiefdoms, regardless of which party replaces which in the White House.

Guys and gals, just remember... we are not at war with scheduling... they are just doing their job. The problems are above them and with one individual in particular, DS.

I'm just as guilty as the next guy getting upset about an assignment, but you will probably get a lot further with the schedulers if you are nice to them, even if you are being given an illegal assignment, you can still be professional when declining that assignment. Just be respectful and remember that you are talking to another human being on the other end.... their jobs are hard enough as it is.

I remember SB pleading to my recurrent ground glass last year about D-0/A-14. He said that he depends on that profit sharing check. Do you all believe that? REally! Someone tell me about information he has spewed into ground school that was actually truthful and materialized.

Well send it my way then. Even if it's not right, I'll drink it. Kinda like beer, distorts reality.

Kool-aid + Vodka = Good news

More like:

Kool-aid + Vodka = Good news (for another carrier)

I'll let you guys know what flavor they serve tomorrow morning during the 'management' speech.
