That's not the reason at all. It's because "Due to the ever-changing landscape of our flight schedule." And WX is the biggest reason for the poor completion rate.

This is my first post with APC, sup everyone. Been reading over this thread and wanted to add that I have a Comair interview in Jan. Posted on Airlineapps and got the invite before close of business same day! With as quick as they got back to me, it seems like they are in the hiring mood, or the holiday spirit... Anyone have more first hand insight on Comair's present/future?

Do not listen to the people that tell you stay away from Comair. They have no clue of what is going on at Comair or the other airlines. Each airline has its good and bad. The only airline I would stay away from is Mesa because of the way they pay you. Interview with as many airlines as possible and then make an educated decision based on what you see and how you feel about the interview. Comair might not be the best placed to work for now, but things change quickly in this industry. A few months ago the best place to work was ASA or Express Jet but that is no longer true.

Good Luck.

Very True, All airlines suck in there own way. Find the one that sucks less for you. But dont go to Mesa or GoJet. What is bad today is great the next. Right now Comair is going through some issues, but who is to say that getting in when everyone is jumping ship is a bad thing. If you are on the boat when it stops sinking and sails away, you can laugh at all the others that jumped to a GREAT airline to have it fold on them. Like all airline jobs its a gamble. Mesa and GoJet is a for sure loss.

Yes we're hiring. A friend of mine was invited to interview, interviewed, and was offered a job last week.
Completion is due to NYC weather and Delta's non-existant deicing plan at JFK
