God dammit people

WHY
DOES
EVERYONE
BELIEVE
WHAT THE COMPANY IS SAYING

CALL YOUR MOTHER *********** REPS..and get the real story

this is EXACTLY what the company wants...PILOTS ****ED AT ALPA for no reason other than what "you think is going on"...you're taking what some chump on a phone who's giving out furloughs as truth?

There is so much more to this story than "Soaper said ALPA wont come and play"

get a freaking clue people..HALF OF THE ALPA REPS ARE CAPTAINS GETTING DOWNGRADED...but no...they must be doing anything because they're content with going BACK to the seat they just spent SIX YEARS in

THIS IS WHERE, WE AS COMAIR PILOTS NEED TO STAND TOGETHER (AND BEHIND ALPA) AND START SCREAMING...A DIVIDED PILOT GROUP WILL GET ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE

not saying alpa didnt do anything... ive been in touch with my reps... im just saying that this furlough wave is a hell of a lot different from the one before back in 06 or whenever it was... im just asking why couldnt they try and get voluntary or even longer pass benefits like before... i know that the union represents the entire pilot group and that management only wants the 76 hour line value...but why not work on other topics such as furlough options etc

So andy. what is the story? Where are the volunarties.... I am going to be mad being one of the most senior furlough when there are no voluntaries...

May 07, 2007 Hire.... should have gone straight from college to training, instead i deferred the date like 2 weeks to "relax"

The company is BIG TIME dragging their feet from what I hear from an ALPA rep, they don't want to offer programs cause that costs more money (amongst other reasons/specifics)

Hello... Nice to meet you. I am the most senior person without a job... my job could have been saved. but it wasnt. I know SO many people who want to take the voluntary or a COLA....... captains having to work when they dont WANT to, and me wanting to work but not be able to.........

its a lot cheaper to pay me than to pay mr. big bucks captain who has his own bussiness on the side and WANTS a furlough so he can take time to run it.
