Well Well Well... Finally.

I'm in the middle of June and late Fall, so maybe they're starting at the bottom with Oct. 5th and at the top with Nov 5th and moving towards the middle (me)

... hire date may 2007...just got my call... nov 5th... furloughs strictly by contract... pass benefits for 30 days... could of been longer but alpa didnt negotiate...thanks

Nope thats his DOH. Although he is near the tops of the list.

Someone said earlier in the thread that the Freedom erj case is set for later this month. hopefully thats true and Delta can win this thing.

If Delta does win I would imagine that Freedom would pull down operations at the same rate they did last time.

Late sept court date and ruling
Freedom flies full October schedule
Freedom Flies partial November Schedule
Comair recalls everyone for a full December Schedule.
