As anyone gotten their reserve windows assigned yet? for JFK FO's. I thought it comes out 24 hours after the SAW closed and that was a few days ago.
Also, I thought on reserve we were guaranteed 11 days off. Does that change if you have vacation? Technically I have more than 11 days off including vacation but I didn't realize that vacation counted.

You know you'll be on reserve, so who cares what window you will get? But no seriously, one thing I've noticed is, that if you don't have your reserve window now, there is a good chance you'll get LC, for some reason it takes them longer to do.

Reserve by-pass question
When you have more than 60hrs does the company have the "option" to by-pass the reserve pilot or must they by-pass the reserve pilot and tag the next pilot in line?

There is a chart in the contract that provides the minimum number of days off based on the days available to work.

Oh yes you are! Nice long drives in the early morning to sit for 6 hours and commute back. Getting to know RJ a little better. Catching up on smack talk on the message boards. It's all good and you know you miss it!
