What it says is that the RR must be within the 14 hour reserve window. Seems pretty clear to me. I think this is however something that was overlooked by both sides in 2007, because if this is indeed true than A6 and A7 guys shouldn't have to sit ready either, but they do.

Its not that RR is prohibited by the contract for a LC pilot, it is just not mentioned. When the new contract was written, they forgot to change the wording on RR concerning what times you can sit ready. I'm surprised they haven't fixed this yet, as it seems it would just be a simple rewrite and/or LOA.
Yeah, technically they didn't change the window times... just the LC1 window times on EGaystro. Since I was pre-notified of it before the month started is that legal? Thanks for the help fellas!

are you saying this is from a bomb? I haven't been at comair that long and even I have seen this picture. Some captain showed it to me and said it was from a lightning strike.

Does anyone know how the ATL operation has been going? With the Russian invasion of Georgia, I'm surprised Delta hasn't pulled everything out of Atlanta to keep it safe.

This has been mentioned on the majors board already, and I don't think it is funny at all. it's not only local people dying over there, but American's as well. what is wrong with you?

HAHA

I really wonder how many Americans thought it was that Georgia.

HA! That's awesome. You did a much better job at proving my point than I did. I was merely portraying the standard sterotype of "Stupid Pompus Americans" (see picture below, I cannot take credit for it nor my post), but you trumped me. The fact that Georgians are dying is just a little sad. But AMERICANS?!? OH NO! How about the Russian soldier that are just following orders that they have no control over (see the connection to the US being in Iraq)? How about the families of the Russian soldiers? Families of the Georgians? Well done Mr. Spoilers. Not to bring this thread off topic (which I don't think is possible as there is not much of a topic or point to it anymore).

WOW! I really hope I'm reading this wrong. Are you saying the russians going into georgia is the same as the US going into Iraq?

Because I didn't see the Russians go before the UN 15 times.

But hey, go ahead and blame America. I really hope that I've misread what you're saying.

I got an email from Air Inc for the job fair at IAD. Comair will be attending and only accepting resumes. I wonder why we are attending the job fair if we are to furlough.
