Thanks

PS later he called back and told me to sit ready at 8:30am
You are fine, they were not following the contract, you were and cannot get in trouble for that. Good job for standing up for yourself and the contract! This assignment would then be given to a ready reserve.

diver your right however the 2 hr call out in JFK and 1hr 30min in CVG, can be waived by a pilot at his choosing however it cannot be forced upon him or her. Then its up to that scheduler as to whether or not to give a 2 hr call out, displace another pilot, use the ready if available, or just delay the flight which is done alot.

If we are in a bind then notify the pilot of a ready reserve and run the flight on-time, because of no rpt to dpt time for a ready.

Fill out a taxi credit form. I think it's for 12 minutes. Maybe 15 minutes at the most. You can fill these out now on Maestro.

Seriously? Two aborted takeoffs? Well, if you returned to the gate each time, then that would be three. One for each abort and one for the MX taxi. What did you have two aborts for?
