Bubba, FTR,
How long are your shifts in the SOCC? For example is there a variety or is it a 8 hours a day 5 days a week type thing?

Most of the mx controllers are 4/10's. The tech desk guys are on 12 hrs shifts. We're on 5/8s except for two on the overnight that are 4/10s as well.

That's not too terribly bad, could be worse I mean. I suppose it depends on how busy it gets. I like the sound of three days off at a time though!

Who said I was holding a CD line? Oh, you mean how did I get a CD line? I bid for it. Seriously, though I think it was a fluke, because there is still about 30 people above me on reserve. TM is that you?

What's a CD line, a high speed overnight? Are those low seniority or high time?

Yes CD; continuous duty, highspeed, standup, out and back, etc.

From my understanding they are higher seniority in CVG and not as high/they sched less in JFK
