Some good news
First post on the forum.
It looks like we are getting 5% to 6% more flying and 5 to 7 50 seaters back.
it's on epic.

Look on epic for the good news we've been expecting..
"Our flights will be redistributed with an even greater presence — roughly 50 percent of our operation — in the Northeast." I smell more JFK flying
I wonder if this is actually growth on Delta's part, or if this is Freedom flying we're getting. Also, is this the reason for the 300 new hires, or is there something else up Comair's sleeve? Seems like 300 new pilots would be rather excessive for a 5-6 percent increase.

Okay, I'm just absolutely dumbfounded by this. Don't get me wrong, more airplanes and more hours is good. I like that.
But where did all the talk about 50s going away and 50s are never profitable, etc. I'm just very surprised that we're not getting more 700s or 900s.
But, as y'alls have said, growth is growth

Yes folks, I successfully made a ramp controller in ATL lose it yesterday. we called for push, and they asked if we were on the top or bottom. I replied "Well, we're too big to put it in the bottom so I guess that means we have to be on top". Ramp controller had to take a few secs to regain their composure after that.
