Oh, okay. Didn't know that. But still, why start up a large operation in CVG then shut it down? I still think Delta wasted money on that. But hey, we each have our views.

Well this week ended with no annoucement from Comair. No news is good news- Though I particulary hope the rumors about recall and hiring are true.

Ok gang I've got a question. I just logged onto TravelNet for the first time in 2 years. I was trying to see some flight for next month into MSP and how much it would cost me to fly with the wife since I'm furloughed and it let me create a reservation. So did i get lucky and find a glitch in the system or am i gonna get nailed at the gate with my $50 annual fee and the fare for the wife?

Just pay the $50 bucks and you'll be set. We still fly free in the US.

It happened to me a while back, when i got to the kiosk to check in it won't let you, so i talked to an agent an she finds the glitch that i didn't pay the 50 bucks. so the moral of the story is, pay there or go home.

thats good news. anyone ever fly the red eye from the west coast? i figure that might be my best chance at avoiding getting bumped and maybe even catching a first class seat, but mostly i just need to get on the plane.
