HERE'S a valid question...has anyone who "resigned their number" to go to another carrier gotten a call?

I just missed all the furloughs.... I've just been hoping to get all the furloughed guys back, so I can stop "educating" the CA's about picking up open time.

I really hope we get you back!

Anyone know or have any feelings about the 10/08 guys getting a call now or in the next round, if there are any? I'm in Iraq and I'm trying to call HR to make sure they have my military orders. I don't want to get passed up even though I won't be back until this coming Dec.

Pretty sure you can accept recall and then immediately go on military leave. You can't be "terminated" or penalized for serving our country.

Right. He just wants to make sure they have his orders because I would think that if they don't have his orders and don't here back about the recall they would terminate him. He'd probably get his job back but he is just trying to avoid that mess.

What's the chance of a 12/07 doh getting a call?

I dont think anyone knows the answer to that, but im right around your seniority. I never thought id go back however, current economic situations are dictating my choice. I have a feeling its the same for a lot of others out there. I wouldn't expect a call this time around. If we do, ill buy you a beer during training.

I guess it depends on how many they need. I am 11/07 DOH and 11/08 DOF and am somewhere around 170'ish down the list. If half of the "100" don't accept, it could very well get close.
