Im pretty sure you end up with 66 seats.

Remove 1AB LAV
Remove 2AB 2CD insert 1A 1BC
Remove 3AB 3CD insert 2A 2BC

If they shrink the seats in these aircraft does it open up more opprotunities for 76 seat a/c in delta scope? Maybe that would be a good way to add some airframes and get some furloughe recalled.

I’ve heard that in the last recurrent ground, JB said we would be retrofitting the 700s to a first class configuration. In addition we would be adding 30 or so flights out of LGA.

Delta wants 2-class service out of LGA, which might be one of the reason they are retrofitting the 70s. American Eagle is doing the same thing.

My guess it'll be either 6 or 9 seats in First Class.

Umm... Not really. Last thing we need is more RJs replacing mainline flying, unless you want to spend the rest of your career at Comair.

Better yet add some small mainline airplanes and get your junior captains to move on. (we all know the top 50-75% of Comair captains are now lifers there)

I wouldn’t give too much thought to the post by Autopilot.
