Just wanted to let everyone know of 2 job openings that will be coming along in a few short weeks.

1.) VW Volkswagen out of Chattonooga, Tenn. will be hiring production workers as well as others for thier new factory. Go to VW's website.

2.) Honda (Honda Jet) will also be hiring production workers(Later) as well as test pilots (Now). Go to Honda.com for the info.

For both sites, click on careers. Hope this helps someone, anyone! This is the worst job market in 30 years, keep ALL your options open.

Thanks for the information. I think all of us should post any available jobs for our Comair bothers and sisters.

Can someone confirm or deny that parents spouse get the same? From reading the brochure from the comair site it looks like they get bounced back down to yield fare passes.

Affirm Pantera. After 30 days of furlough YOU are the only one who is able to standby for free. All other eligible passriders-- parents, spouse, sig others, and kiddos pay a yield fare.

Job posting: For anyone living in the Los Angeles/San Diego area or willing to move out here. Pilot position flying UAV's, pays well, good benefits, offers a more secure future than the airlines. PM me if you would like more information.

If your parents travel international, Comair will send you a bill. I've gotten several bills from Comair as they ask for a credit card on Travelnet for yield fare. You, however, should be ok.

They only send a bill for the taxes. I talked to the Comair traverl dept. and they said that they will not collect the yiel fare unless travle net ask for a credit card.
