Its simply called being out of touch or not giving a darn about your fellow coworker.. I have said it before and Illl say it again,, We as Pilots are our worst enemy..

Things I've learned these past few days while flying...

-Seems like every crewmember is on reserve.
-We are canceling flights because of not enough crew members.
-I'm working way too much for being on reserve.
-The transition from concourse C to A & B is a cluster****.
-Having 3 planes parked at one gate and pax getting on the wrong plane. This place is turning into ATL.
-Constantly changing planes on a 30 minute turn from Concourse A to Concourse C sucks.
-Nobody cares anymore (Crews, Ramp Agents, Ramp tower, etc.)
-Soon to be furloughed F/Os applying to GoJet so they can continue to fly an RJ.
-CVG is turning into a ghost town.
-People still flying PPAS.
