They wont offer buyouts to pilots..They haven't yet, and they wont.

Why offer buyouts when you can furlough everyone and then not worry about it in 5 years when we all get booted from the seniority list contractually?

It's pretty bad already today. I already got tagged with a 3 day trip when I checked in for my RR earlier. All my days already got moved. I got Xmas day off for now. Still sitting in CVG right now with over an hour past departure time because they don't have a FA. Another crew didn't have an FO and they were told it'll be at least 3 hrs. before they can get one. Everything is pretty much delayed today.

Fun times.
