You have to be because I knew everyone in my room!

EDIT: OD? Has to be... I didn't know that was your screen name!

Silly!

I'm not there anymore. I moved to CVG in June. But I was on the 3rd floor not counting the basement and in the back bedroom.

BTW: The boss has given the go ahead for CR. This might work out really well.

Can anyone give me the name and contact info for the AME in CVG area where everyone goes to get their medical? I thought his last name started with a "V"? Also, how much does he charge for a 1st class (no EKG)?

Flying off the coast of NYC yesterday a girl from Compass keys up. "New York, Compass **** with you." Controller says, "You guys don't like the Rose part do you?" Implying that they never use their full call sign. She says, "can you blame us?" The he replies, "Better than being a Heavy Virgin." It was a good laugh.

Hey guys, all this California talk has me interested in moving there. If I had to choose, what part of the state is better, the north or the south?

I'm originally not from California, but I briefly lived in Sacramento and have done a lot of flying all over the state and really enjoyed it. Personally, I liked NorCal a lot better. IF I could afford it, I would move somewhere around the Bay Area (Hayward, Livermore etc.). I don't think you can really say which part of the state is better, because I think it depends on the person. If you are more of an outdoors person and like the "less congested" side and some scenery, I think NorCal is a good fit. I liked Sacramento, but I also enjoyed Redding (Mt. Shasta area) and Santa Rosa. If you are more into the bigger city, beaches and crowds, then I'd say L.A., San Diego, etc. Again, I think it depends on the person, but this is just my take on it. I haven't been out to California in a while myself.

PS: Merry Kentucky Christmas!

Yeah it's pretty much two different states.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings so all I will say is Southern California is about million times better.

CRJ likes NorCal... and he's from Idaho, need I say more?

SoCal all the way, Orange or San Diego County. Stay out of LA, it's hole. Weather is better down south and the people are more laid back I think. Northern part of the state has too many damn hippies and freaks especially in the bay area. You can go inland to the Sacramento area but the weather blows in my opinion. You don't get the really year round mild weather that SoCal has to offer.

Like I said, it depends on the person. BTW, where do you think all the guys from California move to? Yeah, ID! It's full of people from California, so shut your hole! Don't get me started on BFL, the armpit of America.
