My guess was it would be an A1 window. However, I've heard of people bidding this window to avoid flying much. Thanks in advance.

Just check the reserve availability list for cvg fo's on emaestro. Looks like a2, a3, and a4 are probably the most junior. As far as a1 goes, for December it looks like most days there are 0 a1's.

I also live in FL. I called them and they somehow get reports from KY and NY. KY for my training and NY for being based there. They compiled it and sent a letter stating my benefit, with all states reporting. $215 a week is what I get. hahahaha

Yes it does:

C. Recall procedures (CWA 22.C): "When the Company recalls a furloughed pilot, he will be notified of recall, in writing, in order of system seniority. The notification will specify a date of return to active duty, and such date will not be less than twenty-one (21) days after the date of notification, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the furloughed pilot and the Company."

She's talking about the furlough letter itself..not the recall letter that is never going to come.

I believe the closest thing it says to "recall" is "we're working to bring you back as soon as we can, you're a valued part of the Comair team"..or something like that

You're right. In my letter, they only quoted the verse from the Current Working Agreement that pertains to recall.

I think the union wants to know about people's experiences at Mesaba so they can decide whether or not they too should apply there......

Do you Comair guys think you're OWED the job at Mesaba or something? If you didn't get the job after interviewing, it was something they didn't like in the interview. If you didn't get the interview, then there are more qualified applicants. It's a supply and demand issue... not everyone, regardless of time in type and 121 experience is going to get the interview, let alone the job. I'm sorry your MEC mislead you in to believing there is a preferential hiring agreement for Comair pilots. Even if there was, that still doesn't guarantee you guys jobs. There are lots of Comair folks interviewing each week, but Comair isn't the only pipeline for Mesaba right now. Mesaba isn't going to hire you JUST because you come from Comair. I know it's awful to be in your shoes right now, but stop showing up to the interview like XJ owes you something and maybe more Comair pilots would be getting the nod.

$hit! That won't even cover gas money to drive my furloughed butt out of Northern Kentucky to the West Coast.
