YEAH, I have no idea what the contract says.
Not exactly sure where that even plays into things we're talking about.

Maybe their paperwork is off. I took the PDF for October and compared it to my current position. There was a 70 count different as it's showing me in the 1600's. I might have have had a little wishful thinking lol. The companies list is from August while the new one on republic pilots was for October. Guess there were two months in there hahaha crap! I moved I think 26 people for next month I was suprised to see how many CA's there are now. Like 660ish.

Our new contract actually has an effective date of 30 Sept.
Some of the important points in our new contract:
*No block or better
*8:1 duty rigs
*Junior manning
*Universal pay rates for all aircraft
*Company-paid leather coats
I understand it was sarcasm but others who don't work here or didn't bother reading the page before it don't. Which is exactly why I said it's not needed. Some took you serious so it's important to point out you don't really know anything about the contract at all. It was pure BS.

Default Junior Bases

Does anybody have a good idea of what bases are falling Junior at the moment? I'm specifically interested in the Republic cert, with the addition of Denver and the recent/impending addition of Philly what chance does a new hire have of holding DCA?

Wait a second there, big guy. Let's back that truck up a minute.
How, exactly, does my light-hearted post indicate that I don't know anything about the contract? Please, tell me. I can't wait to hear this.
By the way, anybody who's done event the slightest bit of research into RAH would know that my post was completely false. As far as I'm concerned if you get hired by a company and show up for class without doing any research, you deserve the results of believing my post.

I was hired Jan. '07 and I moved from 1590 to 1511 this month. My 4 years of college taught me that adds up to 79. That seems like a lot but that's what I see.

My hire date was the end of this July and I've got 70 people under me now...not bad I think I've moved up about 30 spots as well. The big question is, how long will this continue. During indoc BB told us they're about where they want to be in terms of number of pilots...so we'll see what happens.

Duck,

I here ya, I was really refering to Popa. I understand that sarcasm was involved, but like Duck said, some people who are not in the know may take what you say seriously. That is why they come here to ask and we answer.

As far as comparing how far someone has moved up, I have moved up over 200 spots in a years time, with over 600 below me. Good times. I am very fortunate.
