Anyone know what cities Compass is or will be serving? I know Omaha, Dulles, what are the others?

You can go to NWA.com and download the .pdf timetable. Search on E75 and you will see all the planned city pairs for the EMB-175.

Rumor has it that once DTW and MEM hubs are up and running there should be some Mexico and Caribbean flying.

Compass pilots must have a minimum of 1500 hours of total flight time with 1000 hours of multi-engine time. Applicants must possess a Federal Communication Commission restricted Radio Telephone Operator permit. A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Multi-engine (ME) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is preferred. Applicants must have a valid first class medical certificate obtained within the six months prior to application. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, but a college degree is preferred. Applicants must have a valid passport. Applicants must be 23 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Up till recently the mins to get a call for compass have been 3500 and 2000 multi.

I have seen that some recent posts have shown people with less getting calls for interviews. Good luck.

So far they are not hiring the 250 - 500 hour guys like most other regionals. I haven't met a guy yet with less than 3000 hours...heard of a few interviewing with 2500 TT, but most have impressive resumes to be interviewing at the regional lvl as well. I'm sure our day of 500 hour pilots will come....but I am holding my breath

Give it a try. Their online application is very easy and straightforward. They have not hiring like a 'normal' regional because they are not really a normal regional. NWA does the hiring.

So far their mins have been very high because they knew that everyone who was being hired would go to the left seat very soon.
