Will having my ATP help or hurt me?

Ok, I will ask my career consultant about the PIC time logging. They work in 121 world and do hiring for a major. This is the first I have heard of this possible discrepency and I'm seeing lots of conflicting information.
Until then, can anyone provide an authorative link, in writing, showing that I am logging the PIC time incorrectly? The regs say I am correct according to 61, but I am seeing anecdotally that it may not be correct. Is there a link or source that shows this?

Yes, please ask him/her. They will tell you what we've been telling you. There is nothing "official". You are free to log your sole manipulator. It just doesn't matter in the 121 world. Employers want to see PIC time when you were the captain; responsible for the operation. Yes you're flying legs, but that's not the "PIC" your 121 interviewer wants to discuss. There is no conflicting information; it's all very clear to those of us who have been there done that. The fact that you doubt so much truly is frustrating. If you have not been through upgrade training at your 135, you have zero jet PIC as far as your 121 apps are concerned.
You don’t even need to do that. We have been telling you what it is you need to do, yet you refused to listen even if the responses here are a little blunt. But even being direct and blunt with you still doesn’t seem to work. Why are you going to talk to a ‘consultant?’ We just told you what you have been doing wrong this whole time, ever since your username surfaced on this forum. Don’t wanna believe us and take our word for it? Fine. Wtf do we know? We are airline pilots that been successfully hired by 121 operators because we took the time to comb through our logbooks and apps and count time that actually matters. It’s pretty well known that you can’t count ‘sole manipulator’ PIC time for airline jobs. Just because the regs allow you to do something, doesn’t mean the airlines see it in a positive light.

You're not logging it incorrectly in your own personal log book, however, you are submitting it with your applications in a manner that is likely throwing red flags. Fix your apps to reflect that by removing such time as PIC and entering it as SIC (since you stated your aircraft requires two crew). Report back any results, if desired.

I would argue that it's more consistent to only log first officer time as SIC time and will make it a lot easier for future interviewers to review your logbooks. Your flying legs you log the landing and any instrument time and approaches. I have a separate column in my electronic logbook for TPIC, my actual captain time.
SIC time is perfectly respectable and earned a lot of people jobs at legacy airlines last year. Times are changing but it's still plenty good for the regionals. It's a lot cheaper to edit the PIC time on your applications than to pay for an ATP.
The problem with asking for advice is you won't always like the advice you receive. But if you're going to ignore it anyway, why bother asking?

Forgive me if I don't just blindly trust random anonymous and unaccountable people on an internet chat forum

What about part 91 legs where I am sole manipulator?
