... I am at 350TT and 30 Multi. I know people are getting hired with less at other airlines but I am only interested in a company that has a base close to my region as mentioned. Do you think I would be wasting a recruiters time as well as mine attending the job fair? I am pretty sure I could land an interview with Colgan. Let me know if i am mistaken.
Best of luck to you...

I appreciate the feedback from everyone and look forward to joining your ranks in the near future. I sense nothing but good attitudes from most people on these forums and find myself impressed with some of the knowledge that I gain from reading your posts. Of course there are the few posts here and there that make me scratch my head as I am sure you are well aware. Keep up the good work both as professionals and gentleman.

It's not 100% bad, but there is some room for improvement.
We terminate every night at an out station, with no MX.. so nothing ever gets written up or fixed. New captains here try for like a week to do things right, then after a ferry flight to ALB or HYA after a 14 hour duty day and 8 legs... yeah.
The schedules are atleast commuter friendly! We start the first day of the 4 day on the first flight, so commute in the night before. And the last trip? It ends the last flight of the 4th day, so commute out the next morning. Every line at my base! And Colgan is the only carrier in a lot of our cities- thats a fun airline to commute on! They never cancel flights!
Out stations are def. not for commuters like myself. Chuck told me today that guys from Texas are only getting put on the Saab now that should help from that end a little.
What's Per Diem?
You mean Airlines pay for Hotels?
But you know, upgrade isnt too far away.
