Can you be a little more specific regarding those rumors?

As far as other domiciles who knows. PT told us we would know in the middle of july so they could post the vacancy and get people assigned and trained on the 900's. The strongest rumors have them being in a southern base. LAX and ATL are the front runners. the reason people believe this is that delta told us specificly what type of plane and equipment to order, dual fms, hf radios, ovens, etc, etc. all of which add up to long legs and over water or international operations. flying to mexico isn't that far a reach for pinnacle since we had 2 flights a day to monterrey mexico when we first got the rj's. now for my caveat. i think it is ridiculous that we are getting planes that will serve hot meals, fly international, and all that other crap. I think it is stupid that mesaba is flying 900's when there are still nwa pilots on furlough (although i heard this morning that they are being recalled). i mean look at this compass plane,, shouldn't a furloughed main liner be flying that, and i think it looks funny having Airlink painted on the side of that thing. it should just say nwa.

i know there isn't much the pilots can do about it but oh well, thats my rant.

so anyway there you go. if you have the time you can come here and upgrade as you saw earlier.
