We were able to resolve the issue, however.

As far as working for AWAC, well I have my complaints as well as many on this, and other boards. You will never find the perfect company, as they all have issues, some more than others. All in all, AWAC is still a prety good place to be, and will be much better if the arbitrator sides with us next month. And no, I did not have a degree when I was hired at AWAC, in fact I didn't start classes until I was off probation.

If you don't mind the online program, you might want to apply NOW. Although you want to finish your degree first (which is not a bad idea either), seniority is priceless. Only you can make that decision for yourself.

Peace.

there are tons of reputable online programs these days. If you dont want to do the aviation mgmt thing, there are plenty of others. Distance learning has come a long way. Just make sure that you are at an accredited program, ie. school and degree program. For those who just need a few hrs to finish up, excelsior has a good program. Each state university system has thier own online programs also. The cool thing about online are the masters programs. I did my 4 yr the traditional way, but I'm slowly doing my MBA at Duke all online.
