Default What are the Odds of getting SAT at Xjet?

Just curious, what are the odds of someone junior being based at SAT? Is it a pretty senior base? I think it would be a really nice place to live.

Apparently, quite good considering that they're still TDYing folks out there.

temp duty assignment, they send people out there for a month because its currently understaffed. but the older you are the better chance you have of getting sat

I took a look at the bottom of the seniority list and most people are getting California bases for the past 2-3 months. If you want LAX or ONT then there hasn't been a better time to join. If you want anywhere else, you may have to wait a few months. As long as we continue to hire at this rate nobody should be in a base that they don't want for more than 3-5 months. Please don't ask me if it will rain on July 4th weekend though.
