It's not that I'm interested, it's I'm done with instructing, at least at my current postion and current students. I'd like to move on. Where could I go with my hours? Anyone? (There is no chance I'd go to mesa, too many friends have done that and hated it.)

PCL isn't bad, other than the pay, which is being actively worked on. At this point the pilot group is in the driver's seat. PCL can't staff what they have, more is coming, more CA's will be leaving, and the only way to get some pilots will be a good contract. PCL has the cash, income, and business, its just hardball. The pilot group is great.

Try XJT, better work rules and pay. Better corporate culture too...

Do you work at PNCL? If you only go by what you read by people who don't even work at a company you do not know any more than the media.... and we all know how correct the media is...
I have been here long enough to almost be off probation and also to know there are plenty of flaws, yet the job and the co-workers are great. The contract is a drawn out chess game, right now we have mgmt in "check".

Watch...once our contract comes out...everyone will be trying to come to 9E...Actually this is probably the best time to come...come to late you will be on the back burner of the upgrades...ah well at least I'll be cool.
