tell em you will accept the job offer with a 20,000 dollar check with your name on it, to compensate for your first year pay.

Congratulations. Just be yourself and I think you’ll do fine. Keep us posted as to how it went, and certainly let us know if you get an offer. We have held the hand of many a young one move on to bigger and better things.

Inteviewed not to long ago and must say everyone was pleasant. CRM was actually fun. If anything it's a learning experience and a good model of how a solid company should be run. Except for pay.

XJet interview scheduled for this Wednesday, May 23rd.

Not sure which company would be a better choice, if i'm offered both jobs. Any advice?

How is XJets branded flying going?

Between those two? Go with the one that offers you the job first.

Well, XJET offered me a June 18th class date. My SKYW interview is still scheduled for the end of the month, but I was thinking of canceling it and just accepting the xjet job.

I wouldnt want to interview with skyw and turn them down, just incase i want to move to them later.

I'd take XJet since they have better all-around everything in addition to the new bases in California, if you're interested in the west.
