It seems like being based at home and be at home during training would be a lot better than being guarateed a right seat in a jet. But who knows.

No pinnacle, you'll like yourself much better in a couple years, and probably right now to. As Cartman might say "No Pinnacle that's a bad Pinnacle" Just my opinion.

I'm hoping to get a call soon, I'd like to start in November for similar reasons, but mine is for an engagement party. Yeah, I'd never heard of it either, but I'm kind of a big part of it I guess. That's in the end of October as well so I'm hoping they call soon and I could take a Nov class.

BTW, if they're pattern holds true there will be no -900 new hires on Nov 5th, and -200s on the 19th and Saabs in both. Just something to think about..... or you could be like me, and just want to get on property so you can live in MSP, be based there, and hope for a quick upgrade to the mighty Saab.

12 minutes pay for a taxi only movement.

We have an option for Ready Reserve, but it is not used for pilots. Won't be an issue.

You fax in the request, it is either approved or not. No long discussion about it. I have found that the last minute stuff is harder to get approved than if you work it at the begining of the 48 hr window.

October shows the CRJ200 going just CWA and RAP. Any of the MSP CRJ flights currently operated by Pinnacle are probably fair game as the shift in flying takes place. I haven't heard any rumors of new cities for the CRJ yet.

What's the -900 route structure like? Where are the overnights? Mostly 4 days? Can any -900 pilots post a typical trip?

Why do you say that just out of curiosity? I'm basically making a lateral move because I dont want to commute anymore so any info you can share is greatly appreciated. Is it easy to pick up open time to go over guarantee?

There is usually a fair amount of open time to choose from. As a line holder, you will credit 85-90 just from your line. You can then trade out a trip or two in open time or pick up a day trip to bump that credit up to 95-100.

For example, with tweaking and some luck with weather cancellations, I blocked 49:01 but credited 93:17 for September.
