Per the contract, your starting pay will be $22.81 with a longevity date of August 27, 2007. The contract goes to DOS+1 on December 1, 2007 so first year pay becomes $23.38. Then on YOUR one year anniversary, you will move to 2nd year pay at DOS+1 which will be $28.03.
So:
Aug 27 - Nov 30 = $22.81
Dec 1, 2007 - Aug 26, 2008 = $23.38
Aug 27 - Nov 30 = $28.03

On reserve, best to budget for 75 hours. Line holder can figure a credit of 85-95 hours. When you are here a few months and know how to tweak open-time, you can easily credit over 100 hours each month.

See my previous reply...the $27.35 is 2nd year pay at DOS (letter should say AFTER your first year). You will not see that number since you will be at DOS+1 when you go to second year pay. You will see $28.03 instead.

74.5hrs
You'll fly your arse off right up to the 75hr mark. After that, sCrew Scheduling will bend over backwards to make sure you don't make a penny of overtime. The good news is that none of you will have to be a reserve b*tch for very long... many at XJ have spent years on reserve.

Any idea what the current reserve time is looking like?
