That includes me as I commute now. I can definitely hold Saab captain in MEM...but I was thinking there might be some people who would not make the switch. I guess I will take a look at the next vacancy award and see how many people did...although this one has quite a bit of MSP CR9 CA slots.

Typically, classes that are after the holidays go senior. I would guess only the most senior FO's (500's and lower 600's) will have a shot at 900 CA.

Anyone know what the outlook is at Mesaba for pilot retirements in the next 5 years? Has anyone researched it using the seniority list? Is it true that Mesaba's captains are considered "younger"?

I ask because at Eagle we have older captains than any other regional, however, we wont have many retirements in the next 10 years based on age. I suspect its the same for XJ?

The answer to this question may have already been posted, but can anyone tell me what the new pay rates are for Mesaba? I see on APC that it says new payscale to be posted soon?

Well there's almost no one nearing 65. Movement will have to come from growth and pilots leaving for other places of employment.

Realistically, what would be the upgrade time on a Saab anywhere?

Well based on age 65 I believe there are 2 captains and 1 (management anyway) first officer that will have to retire in the next 5 years.
